Terms of service
1. Agreement
By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Attom Tech LLC, doing business as Tomorotec, located at 12510 Leader St, Houston, TX 77072.
2. Products
Product descriptions, dimensions, and materials are based on information from our suppliers. Glass items can break if dropped; plastic and paper items are intended for single use unless stated otherwise.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping. Tax is calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before an order ships.
4. Orders
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the shipping address is invalid, or if payment cannot be processed.
5. Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders received after 3:00 PM (EST) begin processing the next business day. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded.
6. Shipping
We ship only within the United States via USPS. Estimated transit times are provided in the Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Tracking is emailed after the label is created.
7. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is $8.00 on orders under $60.00. Orders of $60.00 and above ship free. Rates are shown at checkout.
8. Title and Risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you when USPS accepts the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS after the package has been handed over.
9. Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on USPS tracking. Items must be unused and in original condition. See the Refund Policy for full conditions, prepaid labels, and the 5-business-day refund window.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different color or size of the same item are available when stock allows. Contact us by email to request an exchange.
11. Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
12. Lost Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is confirmed lost, contact us within 14 days so we can open a claim with USPS.
13. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Failed payments result in the order being canceled.
14. Taxes
Sales tax is collected where required by the shipping address. Texas sales tax applies to orders shipped to Texas addresses.
15. Account Information
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure. We use the email address on the account to send order and shipping notices.
16. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfill orders and respond to inquiries. We do not sell customer data. See the Privacy Policy for details. The site uses SSL encryption.
17. Prohibited Use
You may not use the site to place fraudulent orders, resell items in bulk without authorization, or interfere with site operation.
18. Intellectual Property
Product images and site content are owned by Attom Tech LLC or used under license. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
19. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products or delays in shipping.
20. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including weather, carrier disruptions, or supplier shortages. We will notify you by email when such events affect an order.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. The version posted on the site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
22. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
